Amos Scudder Headstone, another patriot

Here is the Headstone of Amos Scudder which I found during my travels to the Scotch Road Cemetary in Ewing, New Jersey. I hope that this adds a treasure to someone's search.

Preserving Historical Scudder Headstones and Grave Markers

During my travels, I have discovered some old gravestones that mark the history of the Scudder family. Some of the headstones are old and disintegrating. It is important that we try to preserve our history. Therefore, I am starting this forum with the hope that many family members will add to it. Here is a stone of Nathaniel Scudder that I found at the Old Tennent Cemetary in Monmouth County, New Jersey. "He fell in defense of his country."

Historical Scudder Homes

These are three photos of Scudder homes. At least I think the third one is a Scudder home. I would love to have one of you identify it for us. The first two are of the Homestead at Scudder Falls (previously Scudder's Falls). They appeared in an issue of the Scudder Association Bulletins. I've just discovered the original photos and they are so much clearer that I wanted to share them. I also thought it would be wonderful if members decided to upload photos of their own historical Scudder homes.
